The business side of every gig, handled.
Gigging Easier keeps track of every booking, what it paid, who still owes you and what's still unpacked — then writes the invoice, the contract, the rider and your press kit from the gig itself. On your phone, between soundcheck and doors.
Built around how gigs actually run.
A 10pm–2am set is one night's work. The fee, the deposit and the balance land on three different days. The promoter goes quiet for a week. Gigging Easier is built for exactly that, not bent from generic accounting software.

Never lose a date to silence again.
Every enquiry sits in a pipeline, soonest date first. When one goes quiet for a week you get a nudge — with the promoter's number and a follow-up email already written, one tap away.
- Call, text or email the right person from the booking itself
- Mark it Booked or Lost and your books update on their own
- Double-bookings flagged the moment you make one — and silenced when you meant it

Invoices your clients can pay in one tap.
Send an invoice as a link that opens with no sign-in and no app. It carries Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and card buttons with the balance already filled in — and the money goes straight to you. We never touch it, and we never take a cut.
- Know when they opened it — “Invoice viewed 2 days ago”, right on the gig
- Deposits and balances tracked separately, with overdue ones called out
- A PAID stamp appears on the client's copy the moment you mark it

Your contract, filled in before you've finished your coffee.
Write your terms once. Every booking's contract fills itself in — client, date, venue, fee, deposit, balance — with signature lines for both of you. Riders and quotes work the same way.
- Blanks are flagged before you send, not after
- The client's copy is locked to what you sent — edit later and you choose whether to update it
- Rider pulls what you bring straight from your gear list

See what a tour actually cleared.
Gigs a few days apart become one run, with flights, hotels, rental cars and gas counted against what it paid. A run that looks great on fees can still tell you the truth.
- Travel reminders with every leg: flight, hotel and confirmation number
- A map of everywhere you've played — and what each city has been worth
- Mileage logged at the IRS rate, weather on outdoor gigs

A press kit that writes itself.
Send promoters one link: your bio, your links and a recently-played list that updates every time you log a gig. The part of a press kit that goes stale first can't.
- Weddings, private parties and corporate gigs never appear — your clients' events stay theirs
- No fees, no upcoming dates, no client names
- A live availability link too: your open dates, always current
All the small things that eat a Sunday.
Your real hourly rate
Clock in at the venue and see time on site against time paid — the bookings that quietly under-pay stand out.
Tax time, sorted
Business expenses, a yearly tax summary, gear depreciation and a one-file CSV for whoever does your taxes.
Nothing left at home
A gear library, packing lists per gig, and a reminder on the day of what's still not packed.
Bring your booker in
Invite a bandmate with full access, or a manager who can book dates but never sees your income totals.
Emails only when it matters
A heads-up two days out if something's missing, a digest of what you're owed. Nothing when everything's fine.
Phone, laptop, both
Keeps working when the venue has no signal, and syncs when you're back on it. Back up to a file any time.
Locked down properly
Sign in with Google or an emailed code, add two-step sign-in. Only you, and the people you invite, can read your books.
Trends that mean something
Income by month, your best venues, averages per gig — and tap any month to see the gigs behind it.
Tasks tied to the gig
“Confirm load-in with Dana” lives on the booking and on your calendar, and ticks off from either.
Not a spreadsheet. Not a marketplace.
Most performers juggle a spreadsheet, an invoicing app built for plumbers, and a notes app full of addresses. Here's where Gigging Easier sits.
| Gigging Easier | A spreadsheet | A general invoicing app | A booking marketplace | |

Try everything for two months. Keep your records forever.
A tool like this earns its place over a few weeks of gigs, so the trial is long enough to find out.
Free trial
Every feature, from the first gig you log. Pay early and your remaining free days carry over — starting early never costs you a day.
- Invoices, quotes, contracts and riders as client links
- Pay-now buttons and “viewed” tracking
- Press kit, availability link, reminder emails
- Sync across your devices, crew and managers
Always free
Your gigs, contacts, gear, calendar, expenses and history never go behind a paywall — subscribed, cancelled or never started. A plan keeps the links you send clients working; it never holds your own records hostage.
- Everything you've logged, on every device
- Backup and CSV export, any time
- Monthly or yearly plans after the trial — cancel any time from the app
The ones people actually ask.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Open gigging.easier.show on your phone or laptop and it works. Once it's open, it keeps working at a venue with no signal and syncs when you're back online. On a phone, “Add to Home Screen” puts it one tap away.
Is it only for DJs?
It started with DJs and still speaks their language, but everything is built around the booking, not the instrument. Bands, solo artists, producers, hosts and session players use the same pipeline, paperwork and money tracking.
Do you take a cut when my client pays?
Never. The pay buttons on your invoice go straight to your own Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or card-payment link. The money never passes through us.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your gigs, contacts, gear and history stay yours, synced and exportable, for free. Only the client-facing links and extras pause until you pick a plan again.
Can my clients see my other gigs or my income?
No. Each link shows one document and nothing else. Your availability link shows open dates only, and your press kit never shows fees, clients or upcoming dates.
How is my account kept safe?
Sign in with Google, a password or a one-time emailed code, and turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app. Every record is locked to your account at the database itself, not just in the app, and only crew you invite can see it.
Are the contracts legally checked?
The words are yours — Gigging Easier fills in the details and adds the signature lines. It doesn't write legal terms for you, because a wedding act's and a festival act's have nothing in common. Have yours looked over by someone who knows the rules where you work.
Spend Sunday on the music.
Log your next gig in under a minute. The rest follows from there.
